Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Egypt

Welcome to Egypt, your new world of discovery. When you arrive in Cairo for your Nile & Lake Nasser Cruise and Stay, we will have a tour manager and a driver waiting for you at the airport. They will help you with your luggage and then they will drive you to your luxury hotel which is where you will be staying while you are in Cairo. When you get to the hotel our tour manager will assist you with check in, and then he will want to discuss your itinerary with you in order to confirm pick up times for your various tours. With all the formalities out of the way, you will be offered a free “Welcome” drink, and then you’ll be left in peace to enjoy yout day. Retire to your room; relax next to the pool, or jump in at the deep and get out and about in Cairo.

Day 2: Pyramids Tour

Enjoy an excellent breakfast at your hotel and get ready for the ride of your life. Shortly after breakfast your personal guide and driver will pick up and you will head to the Giza Necropolis to visit one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, the Great Pyramids of Giza. At this ancient royal necropolis you will be able to see and explore the pyramids of Cheops Chefren and Mykerinus, the famous Sphinx, and the Valley Temple. Please keep in mind that while you can enter these ancient wonders, climbing on them is strictly forbidden. Next you will enjoy lunch at a good quality local restaurant and then you will be taken to visit the Egyptian Museum and Treasures room for the boy king, Tutankhamen. This museum is like nothing you’ve ever never seen before full of wonders that will blow your mind , and for a small additional fee, you can get access to the room in which the mummies are kept on display. Next up is a visit to Coptic Cairo to see the Hanging Church and Ben Ezra Synagogue. Your day of sightseeing ends with a combination of fascinating history and shopping in the lively Khan El Khalili Bazaar which dates back to 1382. Finally, you’ll be taken back to your hotel where you’ll be spending the night. Meals included: Breakfast and lunch

Day 3: Luxor/Nile Cruise

After breakfast at your hotel one of our consultants will arrive with a driver and you will be taken to Cairo Airport for your flight to Luxor. You will once again be met by our representative at Luxor Airport, and then you will be taken to a luxury Nile River cruise ship. After you have had lunch on the ship, you will enjoy a luxurious tour of the East Bank in Luxor, which includes visiting the Temples of Karnak and the Luxor Temple. After your tour you will return to the ship for afternoon tea and some relaxation time. Enjoy a 5-Star dinner and spend enjoy a good night’s rest on board the ship. Meals included: Breakfast, lunch and dinner

Day 4: Luxor Sightseeing

After your breakfast, you will head to the West Bank to visit the astonishing Valley of the Kings, as well as the majestic Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at El Deir El Bahari. You will also visit the Colossi of Memnon. Lunch and afternoon tea will be served aboard ship while sailing to Edfu. You will enjoy dinner and sleep aboard your cruise ship, as well. Meals included: Breakfast, lunch and dinner

Day 5: Edfu and Kom Ombo

When you wake up in the morning you will have arrived in Edfu. Breakfast will be served and then you will be taken to explore the fascinating Temple of Horus. You will then return to the ship for lunch, and set sail for Kom Ombo. Here, you will visit the Kom Ombo Temple, before continuing your voyage to Aswan. Dinner will be served on ship and you will anchor for the night in Aswan. Meals included: Breakfast, lunch and dinner

Day 6: Aswan Sightseeing

After enjoying breakfast aboard the ship, you will visit the Aswan High Dam, as well as the Unfinished Obelisk, and the mind numbing Temple of Philae. This is one ancient temple which every visitor really needs to see. Lunch and dinner will be served aboard the ship and you will stay anchored in Aswan for the night. Meals included: Breakfast, lunch and dinner

Day 7: Abu Simbel Tour

After a perfect breakfast, you will disembark f and you will be transferred to a luxurious nile cruise for your Lake Nasser cruise. Before your cruise begins, you’ll enjoy lunch on board the boat and then it’s off to visit the Temples of Abu Simbel. These formidable rock carved temples are a gift left behind by Rammesses the Great, and they are often said to be the face of Ancient Egypt. Meals included: Breakfast, lunch and dinner

Day 8: Lake Nasser Cruise

You will start your day sailing to Kasr Ibrim, enjoying a fine breakfast along the way. The particular tour is actually conducted from the ship’s deck, as the site is not open to exploration. Lunch will be served while sailing to Amada. Here, you will visit the Temples of Amada and Derr, as well as the Tomb of Penout. In the afternoon you will enjoy a relaxing sail to Wade El Seboua. Dinner is served aboard ship and you will spend the night on the Lake Nasser cruise. Meals included: Breakfast, lunch and dinner

Day 9: Wadi El Seboua/Temple of Dekka

On day 9 you will start your morning with a trip to Wade El Seboua, and then you’ll have an opportunity to explore the Temples of Dakka and Meharakka. Lunch will be served aboard ship. You will also dine and sleep aboard the ship as it sails to Aswan. Meals included: Breakfast, lunch and dinner

Day 10: Kalabsha Temple/Beit El Wali

You will disembark in Aswan after breakfast, and then visit the Kalabsha Temple. You will also visit Beit El Wali and the Kiosk of Kertassi. On completion of these tours, one of our consultants will get you to the airport, and you will board a flight to Cairo where you will once again be spending the night at the hotel. Meals included: Breakfast

Day 11: Alexandria Sightseeing

After breakfast, you will transfer to Alexandria, the second capital of Egypt, the most beautiful city you'll ever see . Here you will enjoy a visit to Qaitbay Citadel, built in the 15th century, on the site of the ancient Alexandria Lighthouse. You will also visit the New Library of Alexandria and the mystical Roman Catacombs cut out of rock. You will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, before returning to Cairo for the night. Meals included: Breakfast and lunch

Day 12: Final Departure

Unfortunately, day 12 of the Nile & Lake Nasser Cruise and Stay package marks the end of your luxury Nile and Lake Nasser cruises experience. However, while your vacation cannot last forever, you memories certainly can, and they most definitely will. After you have enjoyed a lovely breakfast at your hotel, your tour manager will arrive and you will be driven to the airport for your flight home. Our staff members will be there to assist you with your luggage and check-in, and to bid you farewell. Meals included: Breakfast

Tour price currency is set to USD but you can pay in Euro or British pound. The prices quoted per person per tour all-inclusive and prices are always updated to ensure you receive the best price possible. Prices valid until 31 December 2025, except during Christmas, New Year & Easter holidays.
CHILDREN POLICY
Child traveling with two accompanying adults will pay the following:

0 Years to 1.99 years of age: Free of charge.
2 years to 4.99 years of age: 50% from the full rate.
5 years to 11.99 years of age: 75% from the full rate
12+ pay full tour price as per adult person.
If your tour includes airfare then an extra charge for child rate may apply.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or email to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be canceled.

Cancellation All the Year Except Peak Time

25% of total charge Cancellation fees applied if you cancel your reservation 30 days before the date of the tour.

50% of total charge Cancellation fees applied if you cancel your reservation 21 days or less before the date of the tour.

100%-of total charge Cancellation fees are applied if you cancel your reservation 7 days or less before the date of the tour or in case of no no-show.

Domestic air tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-CHANGEABLE

DEPOSIT AND BALANCE OF PAYMENT
Reservation should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday.
Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt of a deposit of 60 % of the full price. This payment will be 70 % during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages including airfare.
The deposit counts as part of your final payment.
Deposit can be made by bank wire transfer sent via Western Union or paid using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
Payment should be received within 7 days of booking.

TIPPING Tipping for a job well done is customary in Egypt, though not required. Please feel welcome but not obliged to offer a tip to your guide.
TOUR VOUCHER After your trip is confirmed, we will email you the final confirmation as a voucher to print and bring it with you. Details will include contact numbers for your tour operator, customer care, and additional information for your convenience.
