Itinerary

Day 1. Arrival to Hurghada International Airport

Arrive at the airport and one of our representatives will meet you and assist you in completing all of your passport entry formalities and luggage identification & carry. Then, you will be transferred by a private air-conditioned car to your hotel for check -in.

Day 2. Relax at Hurghada Beaches

Enjoy a delicious breakfast in the early morning then head to the beach to enjoy an amazing sunny day at Hurghada beach. Overnight in the Hotel.

Day 3. Luxor attractions

Morning Breakfast and then prepare yourself to check out from your hotel in Hurghada and transfer to Luxor by a private air-conditioned vehicle. Meet your professional Tour guide and Start your tour by visiting: Karnak Temple and then head to have a very romantic lunch with a view after that Visit Luxor Temple by Night. Overnight onboard.

Day 4. Continue Luxor attractions

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then to continue your unforgettable 4 days by exploring Luxor tourist attractions with your private tour guide. Visit the Valley of the kings, Hatshepeut temple, Colossi of Menmon then have lunch and then in the afternoon sail to Esna. Overnight and all meals onboard.

Day 5. Edfu and Kom Ombo Temples

Enjoy your breakfast in the early morning and then discover two beautiful temples; Edfu Temple and Kom Ombo Temple. Overnight in Aswan.

Day 6. Aswan attractions

Day 7. Hurghada

PRICES
Tour price currency is set to USD but you can pay in Euro or British pound. The prices quoted per person per tour all-inclusive and prices are always updated to ensure you receive the best price possible. Prices valid until 31 December 2025, except during Christmas, New Year & Easter holidays.
CHILDREN POLICY
Child traveling with two accompanying adults will pay the following:

0 Years to 1.99 years of age: Free of charge.
2 years to 4.99 years of age: 50% from the full rate.
5 years to 11.99 years of age: 75% from the full rate
12+ pay full tour price as per adult person.
If your tour includes airfare then an extra charge for child rate may apply.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or email to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be canceled.

Cancellation All the Year Except Peak Time

Cancellation fees

25% of total charge Cancellation fees applied if you cancel your reservation 30 days before the date of the tour.

50% of total charge Cancellation fees applied if you cancel your reservation 21 days or less before the date of the tour.

100%-of total charge Cancellation fees are applied if you cancel your reservation 7 days or less before the date of the tour or in case of no no-show.

Domestic air tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-CHANGEABLE

DEPOSIT AND BALANCE OF PAYMENT
Reservation should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday.
Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt of a deposit of 60 % of the full price. This payment will be 70 % during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages including airfare.
The deposit counts as part of your final payment.
Deposit can be made by bank wire transfer sent via Western Union or paid using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
Payment should be received within 7 days of booking.

TIPPING Tipping for a job well done is customary in Egypt, though not required. Please feel welcome but not obliged to offer a tip to your guide.
TOUR VOUCHER After your trip is confirmed, we will email you the final confirmation as a voucher to print and bring it with you. Details will include contact numbers for your tour operator, customer care, and additional information for your convenience.
