Itinerary

Day 1. Arrival in Cairo, Welcome to the Land of Magic

Welcome to Ancient Egypt. Regardless of what time you arrive for your 8 day Egyptian adventure, a tour manager will be standing by to meet you at at the Airport. Once immigration formalities have been completed, you will be taken to check-in at the Hotel, a luxury hotel. Your tour manager will then assist you with check-in, and then the two of you will discuss your tour itinerary and confirm the pick-up times for your various tours. Enjoy a free “Welcome” drink on us, and spend the rest of your day any way you want. Go out and explore the city; sample local cuisine, or simply relax and unwind in the comfort of your hotel.

Day 2. Giza Pyramids and Memphis city

After breakfast you will be accompanied by your personal guide to Giza Plateau to visit the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren and Mykerinus- Famous Sphinx and Valley temple facing the great statue. Additional visit to the Solar Boat infront of Cheops Pyramid (extra ticket on spot). Lunch will be served in a good quality restaurant, and then proceed to Sakkara area to visit Sakkara Complex and first pyramid ever built (Djoser Pyramid). Move to Memphis Old kingdom's capital and famous Necropolis. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 3. Cairo attractions

Breakfast at hotel, start your private Cairo Day Tours to visit the Egyptian Museum located in famous Tahrir Square, including Tutankamoun treasures of gold and jewelry, the Egyptian Museum contains the largest collection of the Egyptian art in the world, Optional to visit the Mummy room, Next Have lunch in a very fine restaurant and then continue your tour to Citadel of Salah El Din, visit Mohamed Ali marvelous Mosque (The Alabaster Mosque), Lunch at local restaurant, vegetarian food available on request, proceed to Old Cairo, Visit the Hanging Church, Abu Serga Church, Ben Ezra Synagogue. At the end of the day transfer to Cairo International airport to fly to Hurghada and Check in 5* hotel. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 4. Romantic adventure in Hurghada desert

Breakfast in the early morning and then prepare yourself to discover the beauty of the desert in a desert adventurous safari trip by quad. Back to the hotel for overnight.

Day 5. Underwater world

Breakfast and then go on an adventure to swim with the fishes and the colorful coral reefs (Snorkeling in the red sea). Back to the hotel for overnight.

Day 6. Back to Cairo

Check out after breakfast and then check in an hotel for Overnight in Cairo.

Day 7. Final departure

Breakfast at the hotel and then our representative will take you to the airport ,assist you to finish your final departure formalities to finish your Cairo and Luxor tours and fly back home. We hope you enjoyed your visit!

PRICES
Tour price currency is set to USD but you can pay in Euro or British pound. The prices quoted per person per tour all-inclusive and prices are always updated to ensure you receive the best price possible. Prices valid until 31 December 2025, except during Christmas, New Year & Easter holidays.
CHILDREN POLICY
Child traveling with two accompanying adults will pay the following:

0 Years to 1.99 years of age: Free of charge.
2 years to 4.99 years of age: 50% from the full rate.
5 years to 11.99 years of age: 75% from the full rate
12+ pay full tour price as per adult person.
If your tour includes airfare then an extra charge for child rate may apply.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or email to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be canceled.

Cancellation All the Year Except Peak Time

Cancellation fees

25% of total charge Cancellation fees applied if you cancel your reservation 30 days before the date of the tour.

50% of total charge Cancellation fees applied if you cancel your reservation 21 days or less before the date of the tour.

100%-of total charge Cancellation fees are applied if you cancel your reservation 7 days or less before the date of the tour or in case of no no-show.

Domestic air tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-CHANGEABLE

DEPOSIT AND BALANCE OF PAYMENT
Reservation should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday.
Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt of a deposit of 60 % of the full price. This payment will be 70 % during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages including airfare.
The deposit counts as part of your final payment.
Deposit can be made by bank wire transfer sent via Western Union or paid using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
Payment should be received within 7 days of booking.

TIPPING Tipping for a job well done is customary in Egypt, though not required. Please feel welcome but not obliged to offer a tip to your guide.
TOUR VOUCHER After your trip is confirmed, we will email you the final confirmation as a voucher to print and bring it with you. Details will include contact numbers for your tour operator, customer care, and additional information for your convenience.
