Itinerary

Day 1. Arrival in Cairo, Welcome to the Land of Magic

Welcome to Egypt, your new world of discovery. When you arrive in Cairo, we will have a tour manager and a driver waiting for you at the airport. They will help you with your luggage and then they will drive you to your luxury hotel which is where you will be staying while you are in Cairo. When you get to the hotel our tour manager will assist you with check in, and then he will want to discuss your itinerary with you in order to confirm pick up times for your various tours. With all the formalities out of the way, you will be offered a free “Welcome” drink, and then you’ll be left in peace to enjoy your day. Retire to your room; relax next to the pool, or jump in at the deep and get out and about in Cairo.

Day 2. Giza Pyramids & Memphis city

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel, after which you’ll be met by your own personal tour guide. Your guide will accompany you to the Great Pyramids of Giza (one of the seven wonders of the ancient world), and will be more than happy to answer any questions you have concerning the pyramids, or the tour in general. After you finish your pyramid tour , lunch will be provided at a local restaurant, Then Transfer to the Memphis city , finish your tour there then back to the hotel for overnight.

Day 3. Alexandria

In the early morning enjoy your breakfast and then prepare yourself to meet your tour guide to visit The Pearl of the Mediterranean sea; Alexandria city. Visit in Alex the following sites: Qaitaby Castle, Alexandria Library, and then proceed to enjoy a beautiful sea food lunch at a very fine restaurant with a view. Then continue your tour by visiting; Pompey's Pillars and Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa. Back to Cairo for overnight in your hotel.

Day 4. Aswan

After Breakfast check out from your hotel in Cairo and then head to Cairo International Airport for Catching your Flight to Aswan and Then prepare yourself to start a whole new adventure there, Start visiting: The High Dam and the Unfinished Obelisk, Philae Temple. After that lunch and then check in a 5* hotel in Aswan.

Day 5. Abu Simbel

Breakfast in the early morning and then prepare yourself to visit the most wonderful gift of Love given from King Ramasess II to his beloved wife Nefertiti ( ABU SIMBEL TEMPLES): They are two temples, the Great Temple, dedicated to Ramesses II himself, and the Small Temple, dedicated to his chief wife Queen Nefertari. Construction of the temple complex started in approximately 1264 BC and lasted for about 20 years, until 1244 BC. It was known as the "Temple of Ramesses, beloved by Amun".Finsih your tour there and then Overnight in Aswan.

Day 6. Luxor East bank attractions

Breakfast in the early morning and then check out from your hotel in Aswan and then Catch a 1st Class Train to travel to luxor,Meet your tour guide Upon arrival and start your tour; explore El Karnak temple complex;It is believed to be the second most visited historical site in Egypt; only the Giza pyramid complex near Cairo receives more visits. It consists of four main parts, of which only the largest is currently open to the general public. Finish your tour there and then head to Luxor Temple by Night. Overnight in Hotel in luxor.

Day 7. Luxor West bank attractions

Breakfast in the early morning, Then start your tour by visiting Valley of the Kings;The valley stands on the west bank of the Nile, opposite Thebes (modern Luxor), within the heart of the Theban Necropolis. The wadi consists of two valleys: the East Valley (where the majority of the royal tombs are situated) and the West Valley (Valley of the Monkeys). Then head to Hatshepsut temple to get mind-blowed by the beauty of the ancient Egyptian art, after that head to Colossi of Memnon. Back to your hotel for lunch and overnight.

Day 8. Continue Luxor tour

Did you think we have finished yet??? Absolutely no! Breakfast in the early morning and then meet your tour guide to continue visiting Luxor sites and monuments. Visit Valley of Kings and Queens, Habu Temples, Der El Menia and much more. Then back to your Hotel for lunch and a free day. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 9. Dendra and Abydos

Breakfast in the early morning and then prepare yourself to meet your professional Tour guide to continue you amazing 11 Romantic days tour in Egypt. Visit in Day 9; Dendra Temple: one of the best-preserved temple complexes in Egypt. The area was used as the sixth nome of Upper Egypt, south of Abydos. Then head to Abydos Temple; located in one of the oldest cities of ancient Egypt, and also of the eighth nome in Upper Egypt. It is located about 11 kilometres (6.8 miles) west of the Nile. After that finish your tour and back to your Hotel for Lunch and overnight.

Day 10 Old Cairo attractions

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel in Luxor then check out to Fly back to Cairo. Upon arrival in Cairo meet your professional tour guide to complete your tour, Start a whole other adventure to the Egyptian museum in El Tahrir square, One of the most popular and Important museums in the world, that holds thousands and hundreds of masterpieces and artifacts that tells the Great Egyptian history throughout ages. Finishing the museum,head to have a good lunch at a very fine restaurant. Then visit Old Islamic and Coptic Cairo to visit the so many sites there and enjoy a very special shopping experience in Khan El Khalili Bazaar and Muez street. Finish your tour and then transfer to your hotel in Cairo for one more overnight.

Day 11. Final departure

PRICES
Tour price currency is set to USD but you can pay in Euro or British pound. The prices quoted per person per tour all-inclusive and prices are always updated to ensure you receive the best price possible. Prices valid until 31 December 2024, except during Christmas, New Year & Easter holidays.
CHILDREN POLICY
Child traveling with two accompanying adults will pay the following:

0 Years to 1.99 years of age: Free of charge.
2 years to 4.99 years of age: 50% from the full rate.
5 years to 11.99 years of age: 75% from the full rate
12+ pay full tour price as per adult person.
If your tour includes airfare then an extra charge for child rate may apply.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or email to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be canceled.

Cancellation All the Year Except Peak Time

Cancellation fees

25% of total charge Cancellation fees applied if you cancel your reservation 30 days before the date of the tour.

50% of total charge Cancellation fees applied if you cancel your reservation 21 days or less before the date of the tour.

100%-of total charge Cancellation fees are applied if you cancel your reservation 7 days or less before the date of the tour or in case of no no-show.

Domestic air tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-CHANGEABLE

DEPOSIT AND BALANCE OF PAYMENT
Reservation should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday.
Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt of a deposit of 60 % of the full price. This payment will be 70 % during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages including airfare.
The deposit counts as part of your final payment.
Deposit can be made by bank wire transfer sent via Western Union or paid using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
Payment should be received within 7 days of booking.

TIPPING Tipping for a job well done is customary in Egypt, though not required. Please feel welcome but not obliged to offer a tip to your guide.
TOUR VOUCHER After your trip is confirmed, we will email you the final confirmation as a voucher to print and bring it with you. Details will include contact numbers for your tour operator, customer care, and additional information for your convenience.
