Day 1

Day 1: Welcome to Cairo As you arrive in Cairo for the start of your 5 Day Cairo Luxor Tour your tour manager will meet and assist you at Cairo International Airport. After you have concluded your business there, you will be driven in air-conditioned comfort to your hotel. Once you reach the hotel and you have checked in, your tour manager will go over your holiday itinerary with you to ensure you know the pick-up times for each event.

Day 2

Day 2: Giza Pyramids and Egyptian Museum On day 2 of your Cairo Luxor Tour, once you eat your breakfast at the hotel you will be taken by guide to the Giza Plateau, the first of the seven wonders of the ancient world you will be seeing. There you will be seeing the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren, Mykerinus, and even the Sphinx. Once you have taken in this incredible view you will head over to the Egyptian Museum, and from there, to visit the Hanging Church and Ben Ezra Synagogue in Coptic Cairo. Included Meals: Breakfast and Lunch

Day 3

Day 3: Luxor – The World’s Largest Open Air Museum Once you eat breakfast, check out of the hotel in the morning and then head over to Cairo Airport for your flight to Luxor. On arrival you will be met and then driven to your hotel in Luxor. After all formalities have been taken care of, you will then head to the royal cemetery, Valley of the Kings, the burial site of more than 60 Pharaohs. See the Valley of the Kings, and of course the Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. From there, you will go to the Colossi of Memnon, and then return to your hotel in Luxor for the night. Optional Excursion: A visit to the Sound and Light Show at Karnak Temples. Included Meals: Breakfast and Lunch

Day 4

Day 4: Luxor to Cairo Immediately following breakfast you will be heading to the Karnak Temples and Luxor Temple. After this you will be driven to Luxor Airport for your flight back to Cairo where you will once again be met and driven to your hotel in Cairo. Included Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Day 5

Day 5: Final Departure Sadly, day five of your Cairo Luxor Tour will be a day for heavy hearts and fragile emotions since it marks the end of your magical Cairo Luxor package vacation. Eat a good breakfast at your hotel, then you will be transferred to Cairo International Airport where members of our staff will assist with luggage and check-in. After that has been taken care of it will be time to say goodbye. Included Meals: Breakfast

PRICES
Tour price currency is set to USD but you can pay in Euro or British pound. The prices quoted per person per tour all-inclusive and prices are always updated to ensure you receive the best price possible. Prices valid until 31 December 2025, except during Christmas, New Year & Easter holidays.
CHILDREN POLICY
Child traveling with two accompanying adults will pay the following:

0 Years to 1.99 years of age: Free of charge.
2 years to 4.99 years of age: 50% from the full rate.
5 years to 11.99 years of age: 75% from the full rate
12+ pay full tour price as per adult person.
If your tour includes airfare then an extra charge for child rate may apply.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or email to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be canceled.

Cancellation All the Year Except Peak Time

Cancellation fees

25% of total charge Cancellation fees applied if you cancel your reservation 30 days before the date of the tour.

50% of total charge Cancellation fees applied if you cancel your reservation 21 days or less before the date of the tour.

100%-of total charge Cancellation fees are applied if you cancel your reservation 7 days or less before the date of the tour or in case of no no-show.

Domestic air tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-CHANGEABLE

DEPOSIT AND BALANCE OF PAYMENT
Reservation should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday.
Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt of a deposit of 60 % of the full price. This payment will be 70 % during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages including airfare.
The deposit counts as part of your final payment.
Deposit can be made by bank wire transfer sent via Western Union or paid using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
Payment should be received within 7 days of booking.

TIPPING Tipping for a job well done is customary in Egypt, though not required. Please feel welcome but not obliged to offer a tip to your guide.
TOUR VOUCHER After your trip is confirmed, we will email you the final confirmation as a voucher to print and bring it with you. Details will include contact numbers for your tour operator, customer care, and additional information for your convenience.
