This part of your tour will last until lunch time, and at this point you will be taken for lunch at a good nearby restaurant After lunch you will then make your way to the famous Egyptian Museum, where you can view pharaonic artifacts going back more than 5,000 years, as well as the treasures of Tutankhamen that were recovered from his still-intact tomb at the turn of the 20th century. From here you will go to Coptic Cairo to see the Hanging Church and the Ben Ezra Synagogue, and this will then be followed by an unforgettable visit to the Islamic quarter where you will enjoy a wonderful experience at the Khan El Khalili Bazaar. Shop until you drop, or simply relax and soak up the atmosphere. Finally, after a long and fascinating day, you will be escorted back to your 5-Star hotel where you will once again be spending the night. Meals Included: Breakfast and Lunch
Day 3: Transfer to Aswan
Hotel breakfast, and then you will have to check out because your tour manager will be collecting you and taking you to the airport so that you can board your flight to Aswan. As is always the case, we will have one of our tour managers there to meet you, and to escort you to the places where you will be boarding your Nile River Cruise from Aswan to Luxor. Our 10 Day Luxury Egypt and Jordan Tours are all about making sure you have an unforgettable experience, and this is something you will notice the instant you board your cruise liner. Enjoy a fantastic lunch shortly after boarding, and then we will be taking you to visit the High Dam of Aswan, the massive Unfinished Obelisk, and the Ancient Temple of Philae which was relocated in its entirety to save it from disappearing under the water of Lake Nasser. After your tour, you will be taken back to the ship in time for dinner, an tonight you will be sleeping on the boat at Aswan. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Day 4: Visit Kom Ombo and Edfu, then Overnight at Esna
Breakfast while the boat sails towards Kom Ombo. After breakfast you will have some free time for relaxing on board this classic boat, and then once you arrive at Kom Ombo, you will disembark, and you will be taken to visit the famous Kom Ombo Temple. Kom Ombo Temple is a symmetrical temple that was built to appease two different gods: Sobek the crocodile god and controller of the waters, and Haroeris the falcon-headed god. This complex could be described as being two temples in one, in that there is two of everything, including identical entrances, halls, and sanctuaries. This was done so that each of the two gods had their own temple, and both needed to be identical so that neither of the gods would feel offended. After what will surely be an unforgettable visit to this temple, you will return to your boat, and you will be served a delicious lunch while it sails to Edfu. When you reach Edfu, the boat will tie up, and you will disembark for another excellent excursion, this time to Edfu Temple. Edfu Temple is one of the largest temples of the ancient world ever discovered in Egypt. It is also the most well-preserved ancient temple in Egypt, and this is due to the fact that it was buried beneath the sand for around 2,000 years. It really is stunning site, and no Nile cruise would be complete without a visit to this site. Once you have seen everything there is to see at the temple, you will return to your cruise liner, and you will sail to Esna where you will be spending the night on the ship. Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, and Dinner
Day 5: Leisure Cruise with Luxor West Bank and East Bank Tours
The 5th day of our Egypt and Jordan luxury tours package once again begins with a good wholesome breakfast and then you will be visiting Luxor’s West Bank to see 3 astonishing sites. Your tour today will begin with a visit to a vast ancient necropolis called Valley of the Kings. A huge number of tombs were constructed here over a period of 500 years, from the 16th century BC to the 11th century BC. Archaeologists have discovered more than 70 tombs in this area, all of which belonged to pharaohs and powerful nobles of the New Kingdom. The tombs range from basic pit-like structures, to complex tombs containing as many as 120 chambers. Some of the most famous tombs in the area include the tombs of Ramesses II; Ramesses III; his father Setnakhte, and the boy king, Tutankhamen. Your next stop after this ancient burial ground will be at the remarkable rock-hewn mortuary Temple of Queen Hatsheput, the 5th pharaoh of the 18th Dynasty. Dedicated to Amun, the sun god, the temple is considered to be one of Egypt’s most prized ancient monuments, and it is fair to say that no trip through Ancient Egypt would be complete without visiting this incredible site. Return to the ship and enjoy another excellent lunch, but don’t relax too much because there is more sightseeing to be done. After lunch, you will also enjoy the Temple of Hatsheput and the Colossi of Memnon before returning to the ship for lunch. After lunch you will once again disembark, this time to see Luxor Temple and Karnak Temple. You and your group will then return to the boat in time for dinner, and tonight you will sleep on board the vessel at Luxor. Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Day 6: Back to Cairo
free day for relaxing and unwinding. We will meet you when you disembark from your cruise and we will take you to the airport where you will be boarding your flight to Cairo. After we met you at the airport in Cairo and have you checked in at your luxury hotel, feel free to enjoy the rest of the day as you wish. Meals Included: Breakfast

Day 8: Ancient Roman City Tour and Dead Sea Experience
The 8th day of our Luxury Egypt and Jordan Tours once again begin with a hearty breakfast being served at your hotel, and at the agreed time, you will again be picked up by your English speaking driver who will then take you to see Jerash, the incredibly impressive ruins of an ancient Roman provincial city which attracts tens of thousands of visitors each year. After visiting this ancient Roman city, you will then be taken to the Dead Sea, which is famous for its incredibly high salt content, and also for it being the lowest dry area on earth. While at the Dead Sea, you will have some time to enjoy the benefits of its mineral-rich mud, and you will have the opportunity to float on top of the water. Don’t be surprised if you see people casually reading books while floating on their backs. When evening time approaches, you will enjoy a nice relaxing drive back to your hotel in Amman, a journey which takes approximately 2.5 hours. On arrival at your hotel, you can either head out or explore the area on your own, or you can simply relax and unwind at the hotel. Meals Included: Breakfast
Day 9: Lost City Tour at Petra
Hotel breakfast, and then get ready for a day you are never likely to forget; a day that will see you visiting Jordan’s biggest, and without question, most famous attraction, the Rose Red City of Petra. At the agreed time, you will again be picked up from your hotel, and then you will be driven to Petra which is about a 2.5 hour drive. Petra, also often referred to as the Rose Red City, was established by the Arab Nabateans, a nomadic tribe, sometime during the 6th century BC. The Nabateans carved their new city into the rock of the Jordan Desert, and it was from here that they were able to establish a powerful commercial empire which would eventually reach all the way to Syria. On arrival at Petra, your first walk will lead you to the canyon, which is officially called the Siq, and you pass between towering rock formations, some reaching more than 80 meters above you. Next, you will move on to see the most striking monument at the site, the Treasury. After some time exploring the Treasury, you will move on to see the Street of Facades; the Royal Tombs, and finally Pharaoh’s Castle. With your amazing tour of Petra now complete, you can sit back and relax while you are being driven back to your luxury hotel in Amman where you will be spending the last night of your unforgettable Egypt and Jordan luxury tours package. Meals Included: Breakfast
Day 10: Final Departure
Our tour end in Amman so once you’ve enjoyed breakfast at your hotel, one of our consultants will meet you and escort you to Amman International Airport so you can board your departing flight back home. It will be a sad moment but you will be leaving with priceless memories. Once you have checked-in, our staff will bid you farewell, and they wish you a safe and pleasant journey back home.
