Itinerary

Day 1. Arrival in Cairo, Welcome to the Land of Magic

Welcome to Egypt, your new world of discovery. When you arrive in Cairo, we will have a tour manager and a driver waiting for you at the airport. They will help you with your luggage and then they will drive you to your luxury hotel which is where you will be staying while you are in Cairo. When you get to the hotel our tour manager will assist you with check in, and then he will want to discuss your itinerary with you in order to confirm pick up times for your various tours. With all the formalities out of the way, you will be offered a free “Welcome” drink, and then you’ll be left in peace to enjoy your day. Retire to your room; relax next to the pool, or jump in at the deep and get out and about in Cairo.

Day 2. Giza Pyramids and Egyptian museum

In the morning time, you will have your breakfast and check-out from the hotel, and then join your private Egyptologist tour guide tour to explore the great monument in ancient Egyptian civilization. Visit the Three pyramids of Giza, The Sphinx, the valley temple. Have lunch and after that continue your tour at the Egyptian museum, finishing the Egyptian museum return back to your 5 star hotel for overnight.

Day 3. Luxor East Bank attractions

Enjoy your Breakfast & then you'll be accompanied by your private tour guide to an air conditioned vehicle to transfer to Luxor to visit it's very amazing landmarks. So, start your tour by visiting El Karnak temple,It is the largest temple complex ever built by man and represents achievements of many generations of ancient Egyptian architectures. The Temple of Karnak consists of three main temples, smaller enclosed temples, and several outer temples situated on 247 acres of land. Finishing your visit in El Karnak temple, and then you'll check in your Nile cruise for lunch and overnight but before overnight, proceed to Luxor Temple at night. The Temple of Luxor was the center of the most important festival, the festival of Opet. Built largely by Amenhotep III and Rameses II, the temple's purpose was to be a setting for the rituals of the festival. The festival was to reconcile the human aspect of the ruler with the divine office. Finally end your tour and return back to your Nile cruise.

Day 4. Luxor West Bank attractions

Enjoy your breakfast then head to explore the rest of Luxor in the West Bank with a private air-conditioned vehicle start with, The valley of the kings, Hatshepseut Temple and then head to have a very delicious lunch, end your tour with the Colossi of Memnon. At the end of the tour back to your Nile cruise for Lunch and Overnight. Sail to Edfu and Kom Ombo.

Day 5. Edfu and Kom Ombo Temples

In the early morning enjoy your breakfast and meet your tour guide to transfer to your next stop by Horse carriages. Visit Edfu Temple and then enjoy your lunch on Board to sail to Kom Ombo. After arrival head to Kom Ombo Temple. Finish your tour there and then back to your Nile cruise to sail to Aswan.

Day 6. Abu Simbel Temples

Breakfast and then transfer by an air-conditioned car to Abu Simbel to start an amazing trip in Abu Simbel temples; With their unique style, the two Temples of Abu Simbel are considered to be an important masterpieces in Ancient Egypt. The Temples are rock-cut structures, and both built during the reign of King Ramses II 1200 B.C. One temple is dedicated to King Ramses II, and the second temple is dedicated to his beloved wife Queen Nefertari. The carvings and artwork that decorate both temples are incredible. Hand-carved pillars, wall paintings, carvings, statues, and much more, this is a must-visit temple. Finish your incredible visit there, then return back to your Nile Cruise for Lunch and overnight.

Day 7. Aswan attractions

Breakfast in the early morning then meet your tour guide to visit Aswan beautiful monuments, start with: The High Dam; he world's largest embankment dam, which was built across the Nile in Aswan, Egypt, between 1960 and 1970. Finish your visit there and then head to Philae Temple to get amazed by the beauty of the ancient Egyptian civilization. After that enjoy lunch at a fancy restaurant and catch a flight back to Cairo. Upon arrival check in 5* hotel for overnight.

Day 8. Sahara adventure

In the early morning transfer to Baheryia Oasis for a quad adventure in the middle of the desert. B.B.Q as lunch this day. Finish your excursion and then camp in the desert for overnight.

Day 9. End Camp and back to Cairo

Breakfast and spend some time in the morning in the Oasis. After that have lunch &transfer back to Cairo in an air-conditioned vehicle for checking in a 5* hotel for overnight.

Day 10. Final departure

Enjoy your last breakfast in Egypt, we hope that you had so much fun with us, then our team will take to the airport to catch your flight back home.

PRICES
Tour price currency is set to USD but you can pay in Euro or British pound. The prices quoted per person per tour all-inclusive and prices are always updated to ensure you receive the best price possible. Prices valid until 31 December 2025, except during Christmas, New Year & Easter holidays.
CHILDREN POLICY
Child traveling with two accompanying adults will pay the following:

0 Years to 1.99 years of age: Free of charge.
2 years to 4.99 years of age: 50% from the full rate.
5 years to 11.99 years of age: 75% from the full rate
12+ pay full tour price as per adult person.
If your tour includes airfare then an extra charge for child rate may apply.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or email to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be canceled.

Cancellation All the Year Except Peak Time

Cancellation fees

25% of total charge Cancellation fees applied if you cancel your reservation 30 days before the date of the tour.

50% of total charge Cancellation fees applied if you cancel your reservation 21 days or less before the date of the tour.

100%-of total charge Cancellation fees are applied if you cancel your reservation 7 days or less before the date of the tour or in case of no no-show.

Domestic air tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-CHANGEABLE

DEPOSIT AND BALANCE OF PAYMENT
Reservation should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday.
Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt of a deposit of 60 % of the full price. This payment will be 70 % during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages including airfare.
The deposit counts as part of your final payment.
Deposit can be made by bank wire transfer sent via Western Union or paid using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
Payment should be received within 7 days of booking.

TIPPING Tipping for a job well done is customary in Egypt, though not required. Please feel welcome but not obliged to offer a tip to your guide.
TOUR VOUCHER After your trip is confirmed, we will email you the final confirmation as a voucher to print and bring it with you. Details will include contact numbers for your tour operator, customer care, and additional information for your convenience.
