Day 01: Arrival to Egypt

Day 02: Cairo Day Tour Pyramids Tour

Day 03: Cairo Day Tour

Breakfast at hotel, start your Day Tour to Cairo, visit the Egyptian Museum located at the famous Tahrir Square, including Tutankamoun treasures of gold and jewelry, the Egyptian Museum contains the largest collection of the Egyptian art in the world, Optional to visit the Mummy room, Next to the Citadel of Salah El Din, visit Mohamed Ali marvelous Mosque (The Alabaster Mosque), Lunch at local restaurant, vegetarian food available on request, proceed to Old Cairo, Visit the Hanging Church, Abu Serga Church, Ben Ezra Synagogue, at night transfer to Giza train station for departure to Luxor by sleeper train, Dinner & Overnight in Sleeper train.

Day 04: Luxor - ( Nile cruise Tour )

Arrive Luxor train station, meet & assist, transfer to your Nile Cruise, Check in before Lunch, Lunch on board you Nile Cruise start your Luxor tour to visit Karnak & Luxor temples, dinner and overnight in Luxor.

Day 05: Luxor Excursions - (Nile cruise Tour)

Breakfast on board, enjoy an Excursion to Luxor to visit valley of the kings, The Temple of queen Hatshepsut and colossi of memnon. Lunch on board your Nile Cruise, Dinner and overnight in Luxor.

Day 06: Luxor-Edfu - Kom Ombo (Nile Cruise Tour)

Breakfast on board, enjoy an excursion to visit the temple of Horus in Edfu. Sail to Kom ombo, lunch on board. Visit the temple shared by two Gods Sobek and Haroeris "Kom Ombo Temple", sail to Aswan. Dinner and overnight on board your Nile Cruise.

Day 07: Abu Simbel Tour (Nile Cruise tour)

Breakfast on board, Very Early in the morning approx. at 03:00 am. pick up from your Nile Cruise, drive by air-conditioned modern vehicle to Abu Simbel, Start you Abu Simbel from Aswan, it is one of the massive rock temples, visit the Temple of Ramses II, proceed to visit the Temple of Queen Nefrtari (Hathor Temple), at the end of your tour drive back to your Nile Cruise, Dinner & overnight in Aswan.

Day 08: Aswan – High Dam- Philae Temple (Nile Cruise tour)

Breakfast on board, disembarkation, enjoy an excursion in Aswan to Visit the High Dam, unfinished Obelisk and Philae Temple, at night transfer to Aswan train station for departure back to Cairo by night Sleeper train, Dinner & Overnight in Sleeper train.

Day 09: Train Arrival / Day free in Cairo.

PRICES
Tour price currency is set to USD but you can pay in Euro or British pound. The prices quoted per person per tour all-inclusive and prices are always updated to ensure you receive the best price possible. Prices valid until 31 December 2024, except during Christmas, New Year & Easter holidays.
CHILDREN POLICY
Child traveling with two accompanying adults will pay the following:

0 Years to 1.99 years of age: Free of charge.
2 years to 4.99 years of age: 50% from the full rate.
5 years to 11.99 years of age: 75% from the full rate
12+ pay full tour price as per adult person.
If your tour includes airfare then an extra charge for child rate may apply.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or email to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be canceled.

Cancellation All the Year Except Peak Time

Cancellation fees

25% of total charge Cancellation fees applied if you cancel your reservation 30 days before the date of the tour.

50% of total charge Cancellation fees applied if you cancel your reservation 21 days or less before the date of the tour.

100%-of total charge Cancellation fees are applied if you cancel your reservation 7 days or less before the date of the tour or in case of no no-show.

Domestic air tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-CHANGEABLE

DEPOSIT AND BALANCE OF PAYMENT
Reservation should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday.
Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt of a deposit of 60 % of the full price. This payment will be 70 % during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages including airfare.
The deposit counts as part of your final payment.
Deposit can be made by bank wire transfer sent via Western Union or paid using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
Payment should be received within 7 days of booking.

TIPPING Tipping for a job well done is customary in Egypt, though not required. Please feel welcome but not obliged to offer a tip to your guide.
TOUR VOUCHER After your trip is confirmed, we will email you the final confirmation as a voucher to print and bring it with you. Details will include contact numbers for your tour operator, customer care, and additional information for your convenience.
