Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival

Welcome to the Land of magic, regardless of what time you arrive for your 5 days tour package in Egypt, our tour manager will meet and assist you at the Airport. Once all formalities are completed, you will be taken to check in at your Hotel in Cairo. Your tour manager will then assist you with a smooth check-in, rest after your long journey here because tomorrow, our adventure will begin.

Day 02: Giza Tour & the Egyptian museum

After breakfast you will be accompanied by your guide to Giza to visit the only lasting wonder of the seven wonders of the ancient world: the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mycerinus, along with the famous Sphinx and Valley Temple. Then, head out to have an amazing lunch at a local restaurant then proceed to the Egyptian Museum, where the treasures of the boy king Tutankhamen waiting for you. Back to hotel and overnight in Cairo. *Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Day 03: Luxor Arrival & Tours

Enjoy your breakfast and then you will head to Cairo International Airport to catch your flight to Luxor, after arrival check-in your hotel, and then start your day in Luxor by visiting the Valley of the Kings., the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut which was built during the 15th century BC, afterward proceed to El-Deir El Bahri and Colossi of Memnon. Have lunch at a local restaurnat then transfer to your hotel in Luxor, where you’ll stay overnight. *Optional trip to a sound & light show at Karnak Temples. *Meals: Breakfast, Lunch *Flight Time Approx: Cairo to Luxor 06:00 - 07:00

Day 04: Luxor Tours- Transfer back to Cairo

In the early morning enjoy your amazing breakfast on board before checking out to visit today in our tour; The Karnak Temple and the Luxor Temple on the East bank of the Nile River. Visiting the temples, our representatives will take you to Luxor airport to catch your flight back to Cairo. After arrival safely, you will be transferred to your hotel. Overnight in Cairo. *Meals: Breakfast, lunch *Flight Time Approx: Luxor to Cairo 22:00 - 23:00

Day 05: Final departure

Breakfast at the hotel with free time at your leisure, then you will be transferred to Cairo International Airport for your final departure to catch your flight back home. PRICES
Tour price currency is set to USD but you can pay in Euro or British pound. The prices quoted per person per tour all-inclusive and prices are always updated to ensure you receive the best price possible. Prices valid until 31 December 2025, except during Christmas, New Year & Easter holidays.
CHILDREN POLICY
Child traveling with two accompanying adults will pay the following:

0 Years to 1.99 years of age: Free of charge.
2 years to 4.99 years of age: 50% from the full rate.
5 years to 11.99 years of age: 75% from the full rate
12+ pay full tour price as per adult person.
If your tour includes airfare then an extra charge for child rate may apply.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or email to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be canceled.

Cancellation All the Year Except Peak Time

Cancellation fees

25% of total charge Cancellation fees applied if you cancel your reservation 30 days before the date of the tour.

50% of total charge Cancellation fees applied if you cancel your reservation 21 days or less before the date of the tour.

100%-of total charge Cancellation fees are applied if you cancel your reservation 7 days or less before the date of the tour or in case of no no-show.

Domestic air tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-CHANGEABLE

DEPOSIT AND BALANCE OF PAYMENT
Reservation should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday.
Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt of a deposit of 60 % of the full price. This payment will be 70 % during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages including airfare.
The deposit counts as part of your final payment.
Deposit can be made by bank wire transfer sent via Western Union or paid using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
Payment should be received within 7 days of booking.

TIPPING Tipping for a job well done is customary in Egypt, though not required. Please feel welcome but not obliged to offer a tip to your guide.
TOUR VOUCHER After your trip is confirmed, we will email you the final confirmation as a voucher to print and bring it with you. Details will include contact numbers for your tour operator, customer care, and additional information for your convenience.
