Itinerary

Day 01: Luxor
Arrival at Luxor Airport, Egyptus Tours will meet and assist by our representative. We visit Karnak Temple & Luxor Temple, and then we will be transferred to Esna to board the Boat, the crew welcomes you on board and will have your bags taken into your cabins. We will then set sail on our voyage to Aswan. We stay overnight close to El-Hegz Island, a small island located in the north of Edfu.
Day 02: Edfu
Morning Sailing gently en-route to Edfu; we enjoy breakfast at your leisure; and visit Edfu Temple, one of the largest and most intact of Egypt’s monuments with two beautiful granite statues of the Falcon God Horus flank the entrance, by horse carriage. After our visit to the temple, we either ride or walk through the bazaar; this is an extensive bazaar where you can barter for souvenirs, spices and perfumes. We will then set sail for our private island “El-Fouza” where we will disembark for dinner served to you on the edge of the Nile.
Day 03: Relaxing Sailing Day
We start our nice day by sailing around 7 hours to El-Silsila Mountain. During our sailing we experience the simple lifestyle of farmers and fishermen. Contemplate the beautiful and mysterious nature of the great Nile and the green fields of Island Bissau. Continue to edge of El-Silsila Mountain where we will have our dinner and stay overnight on board next to the temple enjoying the romantic atmosphere.
Day 04: El-Silsila / Mainha
After breakfast, we visit the temple of Gebel El-Silsila, where we will discover the unknown rock-cut temple of Hormoheb and the famous sandstone quarries in ancient Egypt. We continue to Mainha Island enjoying our barbecue dinner with the drums and folk music around campfire.
Day 05: Kom Ombo
You’ll have breakfast at your leisure as we sail on to Kom Ombo. We will explore the extraordinary temple of Horus and Sobek. The temple was built with a whole symmetry, two entrances, two halls and two sanctuaries dedicated to the Falcon God Haroeris (Horus the Elder) and the Crocodile God Sobek. We then proceed to Daraw city, which is the most amazing and attractive part of this town with its unbelievable Camel Market in the south of Kom Ombo, we may also see more 20,000 camels brought to participate in the great selling show. After lunch, we sail from Daraw to Kobania; it takes around 5 hours. Lastly, we are going to enjoy our last night trip with our Nubian party.
Day 6: Kom Ombo / Aswan
We sail to Aswan, exploring the famous city, visit the High Dam, crossing the original barrage over the First Cataract, we then tour the pin Aswan granite quarry and examine the impressive Hatshepsut unfinished obelisk. The highlight event is when we take a motorboat ride to the romantic Temple of Philae, which was dedicated to the goddess Isis. In the afternoon, we sail by felucca to the Botanical Gardens where Lord Kitchener indulged his passion for exotic flora, importing shrubs, trees and seeds from as far afield as India and Malaysia. It is pleasant to walk along the island’s shady paths, enjoying its fragrance and a variety of bird life before taking another felucca sail back to Aswan. We then have dinner on board. Day 7: Disembarkation After breakfast, we bid farewell to the crew. Your luggage will be collected and will be ready for you to travel to your next destination.

PRICES
Tour price currency is set to USD but you can pay in Euro or British pound. The prices quoted per person per tour all-inclusive and prices are always updated to ensure you receive the best price possible. Prices valid until 31 December 2025, except during Christmas, New Year &  Easter holidays.
CHILDREN POLICY
Child traveling with two accompanying adults will pay the following:

  •  0 Years to 1.99 years of age: Free of charge.
  •  2 years to 4.99 years of age: 50% from the full rate.
  •  5 years to 11.99 years of age: 75% from the full rate
  •  12+ pay full tour price as per adult person.
  •  If your tour includes airfare then an extra charge for child rate may apply.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or email to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be canceled.
Cancellation All the Year Except Peak Time
Cancellation fees
25% of total charge Cancellation fees applied if you cancel your reservation 30 days before the date of the tour.
50% of total charge Cancellation fees applied if you cancel your reservation 21 days or less before the date of the tour.
100%-of total charge Cancellation fees are applied if you cancel your reservation 7 days or less before the date of the tour or in case of no no-show.
Domestic air tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-CHANGEABLE
DEPOSIT AND BALANCE OF PAYMENT
Reservation should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday.
Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt of a deposit of 60 % of the full price. This payment will be 70 % during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages including airfare.
The deposit counts as part of your final payment.
Deposit can be made by bank wire transfer sent via Western Union or paid using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
Payment should be received within 7 days of booking.

TIPPING Tipping for a job well done is customary in Egypt, though not required. Please feel welcome but not obliged to offer a tip to your guide.
TOUR VOUCHER After your trip is confirmed, we will email you the final confirmation as a voucher to print and bring it with you. Details will include contact numbers for your tour operator, customer care, and additional information for your convenience.
